This event has a number of objectives including:
· Raising funds for the Rotary Club of Bendigo South Inc.
· Promoting central Victoria as an olive growing region, and its producers in central Victoria
· To promote Bendigo as an attractive economic destination for business
· To promote tourism in Bendigo and central Victoria
· To provide opportunities for sponsors to promote their products/services
· The event to be attractive to both industry and the general public
